Christina McElroy has proudly called Grandview home since 2012 and is deeply connected to the community through both family and service. While she graduated from a neighboring town, her family’s Grandview roots run deep—her husband Gus, his father, and his grandfather are all Grandview graduates, making their children 4th-generation Zebras. Christina and Gus have been together since high school and are raising their two children, Ty and Addyson, in the community they love. Ty graduated from Grandview High School in 2025, and Addyson is currently a freshman, continuing the family tradition.

Christina is a Registered Nurse who began her healthcare career as an LVN at Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. After earning her RN, she transitioned into hospice care, where she now serves as an administrator, combining leadership with compassion and a deep commitment to caring for others. Outside of work, Christina stays busy cheering on her kids in sports, traveling with family and friends, and managing life with her three energetic dogs.

Known for her friendly, outgoing nature, Christina truly believes people are placed in our lives for a reason—whether to form a new connection or simply make someone’s day a little better. She prides herself on never leaving a room without knowing someone new and brings that same warmth and openness to everything she does in the Grandview community.
