Kaitlyn Kharrazi is a lifelong Grandview resident whose story is deeply rooted in the community she proudly calls home. A 2007 Grandview High School graduate, she completed her entire educational journey from Pre-K through Senior year at GVISD and now experiences that same school spirit as she cheers on her own Zebra athletes. With generations of educators and volunteers in her family, service has always been second nature, and she continues that legacy through active involvement with Grandview ISD, including serving on the Junior High Campus Decision-Making Board, volunteering with the Mentors Care Program, and substituting at the junior high and high school when able.
Kaitlyn has served on the Grandview PTO board and volunteered for countless school and community events, always ready to step in where help is needed. Her passion for serving others is deeply personal, shaped by the support her family has received from the Grandview community that has solidified her belief in the power of small-town connection.
Professionally, Kaitlyn has been a dedicated member of the GrinView Smiles team since January 2009. Beginning her career as a dental and orthodontic assistant, she now serves as the schedule, patient, and financial coordinator, acting as the welcoming voice and trusted face of the practice while helping lead the office’s continued community involvement.
Faith plays a central role in Kaitlyn’s life. She and her husband, Hamed, have long been committed to church involvement, ministry, and prayer for their community, remaining active in worship and service in this season of life. Together, they are raising their two children, Kolson and Sophia, with strong values of faith, service, and community.
Outside of work and volunteering, Kaitlyn enjoys cooking, baking, floral design, and spending time outdoors with her family. She dreams of one day opening a café inspired by her family’s Middle Eastern and European heritage — a warm, welcoming space where everyone has a seat at the table and feels at home.
